About Ọya
Ọya is a leading pan-African group specializing in the energy sector, primarily operating in West Africa. It was founded by Africans from diverse backgrounds, united by a shared commitment to contribute to building the Africa of tomorrow.
Ọya offers its clients a range of energy-related expertise: consulting, training, financing, and access to a database of energy-related texts.
We have supported and continue to support numerous independent electricity producers, governments, public administrations, international institutions, investment funds, and players in the banking and financial sectors.
Organization
In our view, a project requires the convergence of several complementary areas of expertise: law, finance, strategy, and more. Ọya’s internal organization is structured into Business Units, with each unit focused on a specific sector of activity, primarily centered around energy.
Scientific Committee
The Scientific Committee validates and oversees the intellectual output of the Ọya group (works published by Ọya Editions, doctrinal articles, scientific events, etc.), with the aim of providing our readers with reliable and high-quality content.
